Our Story

Greene Brothers Well Drilling began in 1945 when Raymond and Boyce Greene saw a need for faster, more dependable well drilling in Western North Carolina. With determination and grit, they built a business that grew from one rig to a regional name known for hard work and integrity.

Over the decades, the Greene family expanded across the region, with each new generation carrying forward the same dedication to quality service. Today, Greene Brothers is proudly operated by the third and fourth generations, who continue to blend modern drilling technology with the values that started it all.

For more than 70 years, our family’s legacy has been about more than wells — it’s about trust, reliability, and putting our customers first. That’s why our motto remains unchanged: serve our customers.
